Do you remember attending church as a child and making up a story or thinking something the minister said was odd? I remember thinking that trespassing was when my dad passed other cars on the highway. How silly some of these things are when you grow up.
Beth’s first published book was inspired in just such a way. The plot of “The Hideout” was dreamt up when she was only twelve years old, sitting in Sunday school, imagining what it would be like to live in a church.
Years later, after being married, she wrote “The Hideout,” which was published by Moody Press in 1983 and has since been revised and republished.
Beth is originally from Lewiston and now resides in Ohio.
